| AUDIO VISUAL COMPETITION – Judged by the audience This competition has become very popular over the past couple of years so this is your chance to submit a short sequence of digital images either set to music or with voice-over or sound effects. All we ask is that the entry be anonymous and lasts as an absolute maximum 5 minutes. 3 or 4 minutes is preferable. 2 entries are allowed but owing to the popularity of this evening please indicate which show is your first choice as it may be that there will only be time to show one. All entries must be with the Competition Secretary by the end of the weekend so that a scoresheet can be prepared. There’s no prize, it’s just for fun. |

| THE HILDA THURMAN PRINT COMPETITION A competition for prints only (mono or colour) which is judged by you the audience. All we ask is that you produce a new print that has not been shown in competition previously, the only other proviso being that it should not have been digitally manipulated beyond basic levels and curves - so no composites please. This competition is in memory of much loved member Hilda whose daughter Glenis remains a member. The Thurman family are responsible for donating to the Club the wonderful glass trophy which is presented to the winner. After the Competition there will be a buffet to end the season with food provided by members. |
